Gregory Stapleton
Director
I was one of the founders of the firm in 1992 and have been instrumental in the development of the practice since its inception. I specialise in Residential Conveyancing and I enjoy the daily interaction I have with clients, Estate Agents and Solicitors during the conveyancing process. I feel that my experience in this field helps to facilitate a fast and efficient conveyancing transaction.
In addition to my property work I have considerable experience with the Administration of Estates and Matrimonial Litigation, having been fundamentally involved with a number of interesting matrimonial cases including D v D (2001) 1FLR495 which remains the established legal precedent relating to the issue of Shared Residence.
I am always keen to take on new clients, particularly those who are buying their first property who may require some guidance through what can at times be a rather daunting procedure. I am always happy to provide a free initial consultation by telephone in relation to any potential property transaction.
“Greg went beyond the call of duty in carrying out our conveyancing which proved to be a tricky case at times. He was unruffled at all times and we felt that we were in capable hands when the going got tough. Greg had come highly recommended and we have already been recommending him to others”
“I wanted to personally express my thanks to you and your team for all of your support and attention to detail when acting for us on the purchase of our new home.
I found you always to be very patient, a great listener and always give clear and composed advice. I’m really glad that I was recommended to use you.
I will definitely recommend you to anyone I know who requires a diligent and trustworthy lawyer when selling / purchasing a property, and will not hesitate to use you again myself in the future”
