*  Our family law expert Cara Roberts has become a member of Resolution, the national organisation for family lawyers. As such we adhere to the Resolution Code of Conduct which requires each case to be undertaken in a constructive and non-confrontational manner. *  The Stamp Duty Land Tax exemption
for first time buyers (subject to meeting HMRC's qualifying criteria) who are purchasing property up to £250,000 will end on 24 March 2012. * Cara Roberts has recently joined the firm as a matrimonial and family law Solicitor. Cara specialises in cases involving divorce, Children Act matters, injunctions and ancillary relief. * Stapletons Solicitors supported "Will Aid" during the month of November. Clients were able to make standard Wills in return for a donation (minimum £85) to the Will Aid charity. The promotion proved very popular and generated a high level of interest which will help support good causes.
