I am a Solicitor in the Wills and Probate department at Stapletons Solicitors and have a wealth of experience in Inheritance Tax Planning and Administration of Estates (Probate). Having your Will written can be a daunting process and I aim to provide you with the benefit of my knowledge and expertise to help you achieve the peace of mind that your affairs are in order, and importantly dealt with in accordance with your wishes.
Likewise, the Administration of an Estate can be complex and confusing and I pride myself on being able to provide you with the guidance and practical advice you will need to help you through the process, trying to carry as much of the stress and burden so you do not have to.
I can also help you with Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection Applications, and provide you with a practical yet personal service to meet your particular needs.
