Gregory Stapleton is head of the residential property department.
Having worked in the area for many years he has a vast insight into the locality, as well as extensive knowledge of the law. He is well respected within the community and prides himself on running a fast, efficient and friendly department.
Andrew Stapleton is head of the commercial property department. He has extensive experience working in both the private and public sectors and prior to setting up Stapletons was Head of Legal Services at a North London Borough Council. Andrew has extensive experience across a range of areas of the law but has always specialised in commercial property work.

Having grown up in the locality, Sibel is a well respected and distinguished figure within the community. She was admitted as a Solicitor in the Supreme Court of England and Wales in February 2004, and is now a partner of the firm.
Sibel is part of the Residential Property Department and has vast experience in all aspects of this area of law, to include sale and purchase transactions, remortgages and lease extensions.
Sibel is bilingual in Turkish and is one of the leading young property lawyers currently practising in North London.

Justine Martin
Assistant Solicitor
Justine undertook her training contract with the firm and was admitted as a Solicitor in the Supreme Court of England and Wales in 2007.
She joined Stapletons' Residential Property Department upon qualification and undertakes all aspects of residential conveyancing, transfer of equity and re-mortgage transactions.
Justine has a particular interest in Landlord and Tenant work and undertakes possession proceedings through the courts.
She is also on the Trainee Solicitors, Students and Mentoring Committee of the Law Society's Black Solicitors Network.

Patricia Waller
Probate Manager
Patricia Waller is our Probate Manager. Patricia has extensive experience in advising on and preparing wills and has particular expertise in the administration of estates.
She is able to advise on issues of tax and estate planning and aims to provide a jargon free and user friendly service for her clients during what can be an emotional and difficult period.

Iain joined the firm in April 2007 after completing the Legal Practice Course at the College of Law in York , achieving a distinction. Prior to this he studied Law at the University of Manchester , graduating with a 2:1 honours degree. He currently assists on a range of matters across the commercial and residential property departments, and in the wills and probate department.
