As of 21st May 2010, the Government has suspended the use of Home Information Packs. Homes marketed for sale on or after this date will no longer need a Home Information Pack.
In order to comply with current EU regulations it will still be necessary to have an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) which will need to be provided by a seller within 28 days of putting a home on the market. Stapletons Solicitors are able to put you in contact with an Energy Assessor who can produce an EPC for you if required.
