Commercial Property Department
The commercial property department is run by Andrew Stapleton. A very wide variety of work is undertaken including commercial property sales and purchases, auction work, shop, office and warehouse leases, site acquisition and development work, loan and guarantee agreements, commercial landlord and tenant work, planning and highways infrastructure agreements and business sales and purchases.
We seek at all times to understand the business and objectives of our clients and to add value to their businesses whenever possible. Our experience across both the private and public sectors in relation to projects both large and small places us in a unique position for doing just that. Where possible, we seek to offer fixed fees for work as we understand that certainty is one of the commodities most precious to our commercial clients.
