Commercial Property Department
The commercial property department is run by Andrew Stapleton. A very wide variety of work is undertaken including commercial property sales and purchases, auction work, shop, office and warehouse leases, site acquisition and development work, loan and guarantee agreements, commercial landlord and tenant work, planning and highways infrastructure agreements and business sales and purchases.
We seek at all times to understand the business and objectives of our clients and to add value to their businesses whenever possible. Our experience across both the private and public sectors in relation to projects both large and small places us in a unique position for doing just that. Stapletons Solicitors provide a specialist matrimonial service for their established clients with an emphasis on advice relating to Ancillary Relief (the division of family assets). The department is headed by Gregory Stapleton.

We also deal with such matters as post death variations of wills, severances of joint tenancies, transfers of equity, general powers of attorney, lasting powers of attorney, registering enduring powers of attorney, court of protection applications and name changes.
